Yoga for Baby Practice Concentration, Five Senses and Physical Health

Yoga can train our physical, mental and spiritual. Yoga movement which varies sharpen organs of perception (five senses) and the concentration of the child becomes older. Both are the foundation of growth and intelligence of children. In addition, beneficial for the respiratory system and circulatory health.

Variations of yoga movements to train the child to focus through the eyes. Through the eyes, the children are trained to attentive (be aware of the situation around him) and naturally building the strength to concentrate without any coercion, because it teaches yoga to children do like to play. When the eyes of children in making the motion is stable, then the mind becomes stable, thus the learning process even easier.

Some of the movements of yoga are also beneficial to physical health such as respiratory and circulatory systems. Yoga movements like Ustrasana, Dhanurasana, Urdvhamuka svanasana, is a movement that makes the lungs expand capacity, energy and oxygen are absorbed into larger, and naturally develop the confidence and the will of power (the spirit and the will) in children. Circulation system in the body is also important. Yoga movement which varies keep the blood flowing to every part of the body with a more complete, remove toxins (poisons) in the body, so that build the immune system become better.

Yoga is an invaluable investment for children. Given the tremendous benefits of yoga for the growth and development. Important note, to avoid mistakes and possible injuries movement, yoga should be done under the supervision of a yoga instructor.
